As a traditionally trained artist, Chris became adept in several technical skills including casting in bronze utilizing the lost-wax process. His sculptures range from pedestal size to life-size works. Later pieces include maquettes created using CAD and 3D print technology. Keene's sculptures often tell a visual story, and in some cases have an element of humor poking fun at the follies of mankind.
